Join our participating pharmacies in the Protect Someone Else When You Protect Yourself annual flu season campaign. Participation is simple, affordable, and can save a life. Member pharmacies make a small donation of $1.00 or more vaccine you administer between October 1st and November 31.
Some pharmacies also offer the opportunity for customers picking up their prescriptions or receiving a vaccine, to make a small donation during their visit.
This is a great way to highlight the immunization services that you offer in your community. 100% of contributions through this program go to providing vaccines.
Therefore, every time someone protects themselves by receiving a flu vaccine, they will be protecting someone else- their community, and children and families who will receive vaccines on your behalf.
Here’s How it Works
- Register to participate in our Vaccine Ambassador Pharmacy program by filling out the form below.
- Receive your implementation toolkit with instructions on how to quickly set up and promote a successful program within your pharmacy.
- By participating, you play an active role in the health of our global community. We will help you succeed by publicly recognizing your business and contributions.
- At the end of the campaign we provide an electronic graphic that will depict an estimated number of vaccines based on your business’ contribution. This can be shared on social media and be posted in your waiting area for your patients to see what kind of difference your pharmacy is making in the world.
Don’t want to join the program? You can also make a pledge by simply committing to a donation in honor of your customers. We will provide you with an announcement to share with your community about your role as a Vaccine Ambassador.
