Immunization Schedules

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has set the following U.S. childhood immunization schedules for 2014 based on recommendations from the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP), a group of medical and public health experts. These schedules are also approved by the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) and the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP).

Additionally, the CDC has released the 2014 edition of its Recommended Immunization Schedule for Adults Aged 19 Years and Older for continued prevention throughout life. Be sure to consult this schedule as well to ensure that you are up to date on all recommended immunizations. Remember- vaccines aren’t just for kids. Protecting yourself will also protect your children.
